JCONNECT After-School Sports Program

  • This form is for those signing up for only JCONNECT. If you are interested in joining up for JCONNECT along with our Hebrew School (whether in-person or virtual) please use our regular Hebrew School signup form

    You will be receiving more information via email upon signing up: 

    Our JCONNECT Sports Program At Apex Community Park will begin September 1st and run every Tuesday from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm until December. (Time is tentative and will be confirmed after hearing feedback from all our parents)

    It is $10/session for Hebrew School Students and $15/Session for non-Hebrew School Students.  (The first 3 weeks are also free for our Hebrew School students)

    With interest there will be two age groups. Program will include sports such as kickball, volleyball, & basketball (non contact - just shooting games)  along with running and camp-style games.  There will also be a Jewish story each week. 

    - We ask that children wear face coverings while together in the outdoor shelter before the actual sports begin.

    - We will be giving a health questionnaire each week at drop-off.  Please do not come if you are experiencing a  sore throat, cough, chills, body aches for unknown reasons, shortness of breath for unknown reasons, or loss of smell.

    -  Staff members will be wearing face covering.

  • I/we authorize any adult acting on behalf of Chabad of Cary to hospitalize or secure treatment for my child, I further agree to pay all charges for that care and/or treatment. It is understood that if time and circumstances reasonably permit, Chabad Center Hebrew School personnel will try, but are not required, to communicate with me prior to such treatment.

    I hereby give permission for my child to participate in all program activities and allow my child to be photographed for publication while participating in Chabad of Cary JCONNECT activities.

    I have completed the enrollment form and will take care of the appropriate payment for my children to attend the Chabad Youth Activities.
