Triangle Jewish Yoga For Women
Triangle Jewish Yoga group met at Chabad of Cary, NC for a 90 minute session. Sharing 90 minutes of movement and sisterhood. At various points throughout the physical practice of the poses we explored some of the themes from the parashat of the week such as Noah, such as the blessing of the rainbow and emunah (faith). I look forward to seeing everyone again soon as well as ALWAYS welcoming newcomers!

Men's Club News
Chabad of Cary’s (Mensch) Men’s club got together in the Sukkah on October 8, 2009 (20 Tishrei, 5770). Everyone had an opportunity to perform several mitzvot including shaking the lulav. With lots of laughter and L’chaims we learned about the Jewish calendar.
Chabad of Cary’s Men’s club is meeting monthly, if you have missed October 8th meeting , our next meeting will be on November 5th.
